- Preheat your oven to 400°F and grease a medium-sized baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Combine all the ingredients in a spacious mixing bowl and mix until incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into 1½- to 2-inch balls and place them in the greased baking dish, with space between each.
- Bake for about 20–25 minutes until golden-brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
