Method
Prepare the Blackberry Mixture
- In a blender, combine the fresh blackberries, honey, lemon juice, and water. Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds. This ensures that the mixture is well combined and the blackberries are fully pureed.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup. This step is important to ensure the popsicles are sweet enough for your preference.
Fill the Popsicle Molds
- If desired, place a few whole blackberries at the bottom of each popsicle mold. This adds a nice visual element and extra flavor.
- Pour the blackberry mixture into the popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion as they freeze.
- Insert the popsicle sticks into the molds. Make sure they are centered and upright.
Freeze the Popsicles
- Place the filled molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid. This long freezing time ensures that the popsicles are firm and easy to remove from the molds.
Unmold and Serve
- To remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. This helps loosen the popsicles without melting them.
- Gently pull on the popsicle sticks to remove the popsicles. Serve immediately or store in a zip-top bag in the freezer for later enjoyment.

Notes
These popsicles can be customized with other fruits or sweeteners based on your preference. Try mixing in some yogurt for a creamier texture or adding a splash of coconut milk for a tropical twist.
