How to Make Boursin Cheese Chicken
  1. Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise to create 4 thin cutlets. Season both sides generously with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken cutlets for 5–6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  3. Lower the heat to medium and add the chopped onion to the same skillet. Sauté for about 5 minutes until soft and slightly golden.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and add the Boursin cheese. Stir over low heat until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth. Let it simmer for 5 minutes to thicken slightly, then stir in the chopped parsley.
  5. Return the cooked chicken and any accumulated juices back to the skillet. Simmer everything for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
