How to Make Caramel Apple Puff Pastries
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Slice the apples thinly while the puff pastry is thawing.
- Mix together the sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl.
- Cut the puff pastry sheet into 6 equal rectangles and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Poke the center of each pastry rectangle with a fork a few times.
- Arrange the apple slices in a line on each piece of pastry, slightly overlapping them.
- Sprinkle each pastry with 1 tablespoon of the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Top each pastry with a thin slice of butter.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the pastries are puffed and lightly browned.
- Drizzle generously with caramel sauce as soon as they come out of the oven.
