How to Make Cheesy Baked Stuffed Tomatoes
- Prepare the Tomatoes: Slice off the tops and scoop out the pulp and seeds. Lightly salt the insides and set upside down on paper towels.
- Mix the Filling: In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, minced garlic, herbs, half of the mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan with olive oil. Mix until well combined.
- Stuff the Tomatoes: Pat the tomatoes dry and fill each with the mixture, topping with remaining cheeses.
- Bake to Perfection: Place in a greased baking dish and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Garnish and Serve: Let cool, then garnish with herbs and a drizzle of olive oil before serving.
