  3. Steam the Broccoli: In a skillet over medium-high heat, add broccoli florets and ¼ cup water. Steam for about 1 minute until vibrant green and slightly tender.
  4. Sear the Beef: Wipe the skillet dry, heat peanut oil, then sear marinated beef in a single layer for 30 seconds on each side.
  5. Add Aromatics: Toss in minced garlic and ginger, stirring briefly to release their flavors.
  6. Combine Everything: Return steamed broccoli to the pan, stir the sauce and pour it in. Cook until thickened, about 1 minute, then serve immediately.
