How to Make Chocolate Covered Strawberries
- Prepare the Strawberries: Start by ensuring your strawberries are completely dry. Any moisture can prevent the chocolate from adhering properly. Set them aside on a clean, dry surface.
- Line Your Baking Sheet: Take a baking sheet and line it with parchment or wax paper. This will create a non-stick surface for your chocolate covered strawberries to rest on as they set.
- Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the main chocolate at 50% power in 30-second intervals. Stir between each session until it’s smooth and glossy. This creates the perfect dipping consistency!
- Dip the Strawberries: Holding a strawberry by the stem, dip it into the melted chocolate. Make sure to turn it to coat all sides for an even layer. Let any excess chocolate drip off back into the bowl.
- Place on the Sheet: Carefully place the dipped strawberry on your lined baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining strawberries until they are all coated.
- Chill to Set: Refrigerate your chocolate-covered strawberries for about 5 to 10 minutes, or until the chocolate has fully set.
- Melt the White Chocolate: Now, follow the same melting method as before for the white chocolate.
- Drizzle the White Chocolate: Pour the melted white chocolate into a piping or zip-top bag, snip off a tiny corner, and drizzle it artistically over the chilled strawberries.
- Final Chill: Place the strawberries back in the refrigerator and allow them to chill until the white chocolate is firm.

Notes
Always ensure your strawberries are completely dry before dipping to help the chocolate adhere properly. Stir melted chocolate in 30-second intervals in the microwave to prevent burning.
