How to Make Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt
  1. In a large bowl, mix together chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until they're well combined.
  2. Using a spoon, scoop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, aiming for about 10 clusters.
  3. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the clusters freeze until completely solid, about 1 to 2 hours.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with refined coconut oil in 15 to 30-second intervals.
  5. Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate, using a spoon to coat it thoroughly.
  6. Place the dipped clusters back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, and optionally sprinkle with sea salt.
  7. Return the baking sheet to the freezer for a brief time to let the chocolate harden completely before serving.
