  • 2 tablespoons White vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

How to Make Classic Homemade Buffalo Sauce
  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, avoiding browning.
  2. Combine the melted butter with Frank’s RedHot sauce and stir gently until mixed.
  3. Whisk in Worcestershire sauce, white vinegar, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth.
  4. Simmer the sauce on low heat for about 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Cool the sauce slightly; taste and add salt if needed.
  6. Store in an airtight jar if not using immediately; keeps for up to a week in the fridge.
