  • 1 box Rice Chex cereal a perfect crispy base
Coating
  • 2 cups White chocolate chips or candy melts melted for coating
Crunch
  • 1 package Chocolate sandwich cookies finely crushed
Sweet Coating
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar for dusting
Optional Extras
  • 1 cup Mini chocolate-covered pretzels optional for extra crunch

Method
 

How to Make Cookies and Cream Puppy Chow
  1. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Place the Rice Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl. Pour the melted white chocolate over the cereal and gently stir.
  4. Sprinkle the crushed chocolate cookies over the coated cereal and gently fold to distribute.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a zip-top bag, add the powdered sugar, seal, and shake until evenly coated.
  6. If using, toss in the mini chocolate-covered pretzels and stir gently to incorporate.
