Method
 

How to Make Crack Chicken Tenders
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise) with ranch seasoning mix and whisk until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, mix together cheddar, Parmesan, crushed crackers, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken tender in the yogurt mixture to coat.
  5. Press each chicken tender firmly into the cheese-cracker mixture.
  6. Place coated tenders on the baking sheet and spray the tops with olive oil or cooking spray.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
