How to Make Cranberry Orange Fudge
  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal. Grease lightly.
  2. Combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in orange zest, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt into the melted mixture.
  4. Gently fold in ¾ cup of dried cranberries. Reserve ¼ cup for topping.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and smooth with a spatula.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved cranberries on top and press them into the surface.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
  8. Lift out the fudge using the parchment overhang, cut into squares, and serve.
