Ingredients

Fudge Base
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips key for a smooth and creamy texture
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk adds richness and sweetness
  • 1 cup dried cranberries divided; tartness balances sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest provides bright citrus flavor
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract rounds out flavor profile
  • 1 pinch salt enhances sweetness

Equipment

  • 8×8-inch baking dish
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • spatula

Method

Making the Fudge
  1. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang. Grease the paper lightly.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth (1-2 minutes total).
  3. Stir in orange zest, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt into the melted mixture.
  4. Gently fold in ¾ cup of dried cranberries, reserving ¼ cup for topping.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Sprinkle reserved cranberries over the top and gently press them into the surface.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until fudge is set.
  8. Lift out the fudge using the parchment overhang, cut into squares, and serve.
