Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 5 pieces boneless, skinless chicken thighs for optimal juiciness
  • 1 teaspoon 21 Salute Seasoning or poultry seasoning adds depth and flavor
  • salt to taste
  • pepper a pinch for kick
For the Sauce
  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter 2 for searing, 2 for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped garlic for aroma
  • 2 tablespoon flour for roux
  • 1 cup chicken broth flavorful base
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream for creaminess
  • ½ cup Parmesan or Piave cheese freshly grated
For Garnishing
  • 2 teaspoon fresh dill (optional) for color and flavor

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Generously season the chicken thighs with 21 Salute seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in an oven-proof skillet over medium heat and sear chicken thighs for 2–3 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt 2 more tablespoons of butter and sauté finely chopped garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Add flour to the skillet and stir for about 1 minute to form a roux.
  7. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and stir until the sauce thickens.
  8. Stir in heavy whipping cream and freshly grated cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Return the seared chicken thighs to the skillet and coat them in the creamy sauce.
  10. Bake uncovered in the oven for 30–35 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
  11. Garnish with fresh dill and serve.
