Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Generously season the chicken thighs with 21 Salute seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in an oven-proof skillet over medium heat and sear chicken thighs for 2–3 minutes on each side.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt 2 more tablespoons of butter and sauté finely chopped garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add flour to the skillet and stir for about 1 minute to form a roux.
- Gradually whisk in chicken broth and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Stir in heavy whipping cream and freshly grated cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Return the seared chicken thighs to the skillet and coat them in the creamy sauce.
- Bake uncovered in the oven for 30–35 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh dill and serve.
