How to Make Crock Pot Cajun Chicken Pasta
- Begin by cubing the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Toss them in Cajun seasoning until thoroughly coated.
- Place the seasoned chicken, minced garlic, chopped onion, and sun-dried tomatoes into the slow cooker. Pour in the chicken broth.
- Set your slow cooker to low and let it work its magic for 4–5 hours, or set it to high for 2–3 hours.
- Once cooked, gently stir in the cream cheese and heavy cream. Cover and continue cooking for an additional 20–30 minutes.
- While the sauce is thickening, cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Add the cooked pasta and grated Parmesan cheese into the slow cooker. Stir until fully coated with sauce.
- Dish out the pasta while it's hot, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
