  5. Set Cooking Time: For chicken breasts, cook on HIGH for 1.5–2.5 hours or LOW for 4–5 hours; for thighs, go for HIGH 3–4 hours or LOW 5–6 hours. Ensure chicken reaches 165°F.
  6. Thicken the Sauce (Optional): If desired, uncover and cook on HIGH for an additional hour to thicken.
  7. Finish with Balsamic: Stir in ½ teaspoon balsamic vinegar before serving. Shred the chicken and mix with the sauce or serve whole.
