How to Make Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the ground beef, finely diced onion, and minced garlic in a skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is browned and the onions are soft, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. Drain excess fat from the skillet and season the meat mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Stir in the freshly grated cheddar cheese and ½ cup of parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Flatten each biscuit into a disc shape and add a heaping tablespoon of the filling to the center, then fold over and seal edges tightly.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder, chopped parsley, and remaining parmesan in a small bowl.
  7. Place the dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, brush with the garlic butter mixture, and bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool for 5 minutes before serving and brush with more garlic butter if desired.
