How to Make Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the ground beef, finely diced onion, and minced garlic in a skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is browned and the onions are soft, about 5–7 minutes.
- Drain excess fat from the skillet and season the meat mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Stir in the freshly grated cheddar cheese and ½ cup of parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Flatten each biscuit into a disc shape and add a heaping tablespoon of the filling to the center, then fold over and seal edges tightly.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder, chopped parsley, and remaining parmesan in a small bowl.
- Place the dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, brush with the garlic butter mixture, and bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes before serving and brush with more garlic butter if desired.

Notes
Optional: Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping. Thoroughly drain excess fat from cooked meat to prevent sogginess. Ensure biscuit dough seals properly by moistened with water before folding.
