How to Make Ground Beef Potato Skillet
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Drain excess grease and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil if the pan is dry. Sauté the diced onion for about 3–4 minutes until softened, then add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Add the sliced potatoes to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and red chili flakes. Stir well, then cover and cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fork-tender.
- Return the cooked ground beef to the skillet and combine everything. Cook for an extra 3–5 minutes to meld the flavors.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top and serve hot.
