Method

How to Make Healthy Blueberry Protein Balls
  1. Start by mashing or blending the blueberries until they reach a smooth, creamy puree.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the protein powder, coconut flour, cream cheese, and your blueberry puree. Stir until everything is well incorporated and a sticky dough forms.
  3. Taste your mixture and gradually add sugar until it reaches your desired level of sweetness. Mix well to ensure the sugar is evenly distributed.
  4. Check the consistency of your dough; if it feels too wet, sprinkle in a bit more coconut flour. If it's too dry, add a splash of blueberry puree or almond milk for the perfect balance.
  5. Take tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into neat balls.
  6. Place your protein balls on a parchment-lined tray. Refrigerate them for about 15 minutes so they can firm up nicely.
