  • 0.5 cup Oil

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 large Eggs

Method

Making Heart Shaped Brownies
  1. Simmer the raspberries, sugar, and vanilla in a small saucepan for 5–8 minutes. Strain the mixture to remove seeds and set aside.
  2. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare an 8"x8" baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  4. Combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt in one bowl, and in a separate bowl, whisk oil, sugar, and vanilla extract. Add eggs one at a time.
  5. Merge the wet and dry components gently, pour batter into the prepared pan, spread cream cheese mixture over it, and swirl the raspberry sauce on top.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack, then chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  7. Cut into heart shapes using a cookie cutter. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
