Making Heart Shaped Brownies
- Simmer the raspberries, sugar, and vanilla in a small saucepan for 5–8 minutes. Strain the mixture to remove seeds and set aside.
- Beat the cream cheese and sugar together in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare an 8"x8" baking pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- Combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt in one bowl, and in a separate bowl, whisk oil, sugar, and vanilla extract. Add eggs one at a time.
- Merge the wet and dry components gently, pour batter into the prepared pan, spread cream cheese mixture over it, and swirl the raspberry sauce on top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack, then chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- Cut into heart shapes using a cookie cutter. Optionally, dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes
Do not overmix the batter to maintain a fudgy texture. Use high-quality cocoa powder for richer flavor.
