Preparation Steps

  3. Add flour: Gradually incorporate the all-purpose flour, mixing gently until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead dough: Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth.
  5. First rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 to 1½ hours until doubled.
  6. Shape rolls: Punch down the dough, divide into 12–16 portions, and roll into balls.
  7. Second rise: Cover the shaped rolls and let them rise again for 30–45 minutes.
  8. Preheat oven: While rolls rise, preheat your oven to 375°F.
  9. Bake rolls: Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Brush and serve: Brush with melted butter and serve warm.
