Ingredients
  

For the Dough
  • 4 cups All-purpose flour Measure properly for best texture.
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast Check expiration date.
  • 1 cup Warm milk 110°F for best results.
  • ½ cup Granulated sugar For sweetness.
  • ¼ cup Unsalted butter Melted.
  • 2 large Eggs Room temperature for best results.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Enhances flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Orange zest Elevates flavor.
For the Filling
  • ¼ cup Granulated sugar Sweetens filling.
  • ¼ cup Unsalted butter Softened for easy spreading.
For the Glaze
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar Sifted for smoothness.
  • ¼ cup Fresh orange juice Use freshly squeezed.

Method
 

Making the Rolls
  1. Warm the milk to 110°F, stir in yeast and a pinch of sugar. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
  2. In a large bowl, add eggs, melted butter, sugar, and salt to the yeast mixture. Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead dough on a floured surface for 8 minutes until smooth. Place in greased bowl and let rise until doubled, about 1 to 1.5 hours.
  4. Mix softened butter, sugar, and orange zest for the filling.
  5. Roll risen dough into a 12x18 inch rectangle, spread filling evenly, roll into a log, and cut into 12 rolls.
  6. Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover and let rise for 30–45 minutes until puffy.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake rolls for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Mix powdered sugar and orange juice for glaze until smooth.
  9. Drizzle glaze over warm rolls and serve immediately.
