  • 1 tablespoon Honey For drizzling.

How to Make Honey Banana Grilled Cheese Sandwich
  1. Peel and slice the banana into ¼-inch rounds.
  2. Generously butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place a slice of mozzarella on the unbuttered side of one piece of bread. Layer on the banana slices, then drizzle honey over them.
  4. Top with another slice of mozzarella and place the second piece of bread on top, ensuring the buttered side faces out.
  5. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
