Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a mini muffin pan.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl.
- Mix the granulated sugar and brown sugar into the melted butter.
- Cool the mixture slightly, then whisk in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt, then fold gently until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into your prepared mini muffin pan, filling each cup about ¾ full.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the centers are just set.
- Top each brownie bite with mini marshmallows immediately after coming out of the oven.
- Broil for 1–2 minutes until the marshmallows are golden toasted.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce or melted chocolate after cooling slightly.
