How to Make Lemon Chicken
  1. Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise and gently flatten them until even.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Mix the grated Parmesan cheese and flour in another bowl until well combined.
  4. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture and then coat it in the Parmesan mix.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  6. Cook the chicken for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  7. Melt the unsalted butter in another pan over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  8. Add the lemon juice, chicken broth, and remaining black pepper to the garlic and simmer.
  9. Pour the lemon garlic sauce over the cooked chicken and turn to coat evenly.
  10. Garnish with lemon slices and chopped parsley before serving.
