Ingredients

For the Chicken
  • 4 pieces Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
For the Marinade
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon White vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
For the Cheese Topping
  • 1 cup Chopped Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped Provolone cheese
  • ½ cup Buttermilk Ranch dressing
For the Crust
  • 4 tablespoon Melted butter
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • microwave
  • mixing bowl

Method

Directions
  1. Pound chicken breasts to about ½ inch thickness, ensuring they cook evenly. Season them generously with salt and pepper for a burst of flavor.
  2. Mix all the marinade ingredients, including the vegetable oil, olive oil, ranch dressing, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, and pepper. Coat the chicken evenly and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for deeper flavor.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated chicken for about 4–5 minutes per side, or until it's golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Combine chopped Parmesan, Provolone, and Buttermilk Ranch dressing in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in short bursts, stirring frequently until the mixture is melted and gooey.
  5. Spread the melted cheese mixture generously over each chicken breast, ensuring every bite will be cheesy.
  6. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and panko breadcrumbs in a separate bowl. Layer this crunchy mixture on top of the cheese-covered chicken for a delightful crust.
  7. Broil the chicken on high for 3–4 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy. Keep an eye on it to avoid burning.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite sides, and enjoy the symphony of flavors!
