How to Make Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Chicken
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly oil a baking dish.
- Set up dredging stations: fill the first with flour, whisk together eggs and milk in the second, and mix bread crumbs, half the Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in the third.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and cover with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the seared chicken to the baking dish. Combine remaining Parmesan, mozzarella, and minced garlic, and spread over chicken.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and internal temperature is 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for a few moments before serving.
