  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing any flavor
  • 2 large eggs binding agent
  • ½ cup ketchup for mixture
  • ¼ cup water
Optional Add-ins
  • ½ cup diced onion for flavor
  • 2 cloves minced garlic for extra kick
  • 1 cup shredded cheese for creaminess
  • ¼ cup fresh herbs such as parsley or thyme
  • ¼ cup BBQ or chili sauce for topping

Method
 

How to Make Meatloaf
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix together the ground beef, Stove Top Stuffing, eggs, water, and half of the ketchup in a large bowl.
  3. Be careful not to overmix!
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf or transfer it into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Spread the remaining ketchup or your choice of BBQ sauce or chili sauce all over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45–50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  7. Rest the meatloaf for 5 minutes after baking.
