  • 6 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 cup Fresh Berries
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar for dusting

How to Make Molten Chocolate Lava Cake
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and prep six ramekins by greasing them generously.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips and butter together in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
  3. Combine 1 cup of powdered sugar with the flour in a mixing bowl until well blended.
  4. Add the eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture, stirring until you have a smooth batter.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the six prepared ramekins, filling each one about ¾ full.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 13–15 minutes until the edges are firm and the centers are soft.
  7. Loosen the cakes with a knife and invert them onto plates gently. Dust with remaining powdered sugar.
  8. Serve warm, ideally topped with vanilla ice cream.
