How to Make Oreo Bark
- Gently separate the OREO cookies and arrange them into a lovely 6-by-4 rectangle on a wax paper or Silpat-lined baking sheet.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped almond bark and heat for 1 minute. Stir well, then heat in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- In two small bowls, place the red candy wafers with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and the pink wafers with the other tbsp. Microwave each for about 30 seconds, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted almond bark generously over the arranged OREOs, ensuring they are fully covered. Drizzle the melted pink and red candy on top.
- While the bark is still wet, sprinkle the Valentine’s M&M candies over the top.
- Place the tray in the fridge for about 1 hour to set. Once firm, cut into irregular pieces.

Notes
Ensure almond bark is chopped into uniform pieces for even melting. Chill fully for best texture before cutting.
