Method

How to Make Oreo Bark
  1. Gently separate the OREO cookies and arrange them into a lovely 6-by-4 rectangle on a wax paper or Silpat-lined baking sheet.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped almond bark and heat for 1 minute. Stir well, then heat in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. In two small bowls, place the red candy wafers with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and the pink wafers with the other tbsp. Microwave each for about 30 seconds, stirring until smooth.
  4. Pour the melted almond bark generously over the arranged OREOs, ensuring they are fully covered. Drizzle the melted pink and red candy on top.
  5. While the bark is still wet, sprinkle the Valentine’s M&M candies over the top.
  6. Place the tray in the fridge for about 1 hour to set. Once firm, cut into irregular pieces.
