How to Make Oreo Cookie Bark
- Line a 9×13-inch baking sheet with aluminum foil and grease it with nonstick spray.
- Melt half of the vanilla candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl for 45 seconds.
- Spread the melted candy coating evenly in a thin layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Arrange 24 Double-Stuf Oreo cookies in a single layer over the melted coating.
- Melt the remaining vanilla candy coating and pour it over the Oreos; spread evenly.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and drizzle over the top, swirling with a knife.
- Sprinkle the crushed Oreo cookies and festive sprinkles on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour until set.
- Break into chunks and serve.
