  • 12 ounces Vanilla candy coating melts beautifully

How to Make Oreo Cookie Bark
  1. Line a 9×13-inch baking sheet with aluminum foil and grease it with nonstick spray.
  2. Melt half of the vanilla candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl for 45 seconds.
  3. Spread the melted candy coating evenly in a thin layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Arrange 24 Double-Stuf Oreo cookies in a single layer over the melted coating.
  5. Melt the remaining vanilla candy coating and pour it over the Oreos; spread evenly.
  6. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and drizzle over the top, swirling with a knife.
  7. Sprinkle the crushed Oreo cookies and festive sprinkles on top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour until set.
  9. Break into chunks and serve.
