Baking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your mini muffin tin or line it with paper liners for easy cleanup.
- Prepare the brownie batter by mixing melted butter, sugar, eggs, flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl until well combined.
- Fill each muffin cup about ⅔ full with the brownie batter.
- Bake the cups for 12–15 minutes, or until the tops are set.
- Press the center of each brownie cup gently right after baking to create a small well.
- Add 1 teaspoon of creamy peanut butter to each well while the brownies are still warm.
- Sprinkle semi-sweet chocolate chips over the peanut butter filling while it’s still soft.
- Cool the brownie cups in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve warm for a gooey texture or chill them if you prefer a firmer bite.
