How to Make Pepperoni Rolls
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F, and while it warms up, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 8 equal strips.
  3. Layer the pepperoni slices and shredded mozzarella on each dough strip.
  4. Roll each strip tightly, sealing the edges well to prevent any filling from leaking out.
  5. Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley, and brush generously on the tops of each roll.
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with marinara sauce if desired.
