How to Make Pepperoni Rolls
- Preheat your oven to 375°F, and while it warms up, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 8 equal strips.
- Layer the pepperoni slices and shredded mozzarella on each dough strip.
- Roll each strip tightly, sealing the edges well to prevent any filling from leaking out.
- Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley, and brush generously on the tops of each roll.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce if desired.

Notes
Roll the dough tightly to keep the filling from escaping during baking. Experiment with different cheeses for varied flavors.
