How to Make Pink Popcorn
  1. Start by placing your popped popcorn into a large bowl. Remove any unpopped kernels.
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar, light corn syrup, water, and salt. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat while stirring constantly.
  3. Once the sugar dissolves, stop stirring and let the mixture boil until it reaches 230°F.
  4. Carefully remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and a few drops of pink food coloring.
  5. Pour the warm mixture over the popcorn, gently stirring to coat every kernel.
  6. Spread the coated popcorn onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and let it cool for a few minutes.
  7. Once set, break the popcorn into clusters for serving.
