How to Make Pioneer Woman Meatloaf
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing a loaf pan.
- Combine the ingredients in a large bowl, mixing together all the loaf ingredients until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and form it on the prepared baking sheet or loaf pan.
- Prepare the glaze in a small bowl by stirring together the ketchup and brown sugar until smooth, then spread half over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45 minutes, then spread remaining glaze on top and bake for an additional 15–20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Rest the meatloaf for 10 minutes before slicing to allow juices to redistribute.
