How to Make Pioneer Woman Meatloaf
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing a loaf pan.
  2. Combine the ingredients in a large bowl, mixing together all the loaf ingredients until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and form it on the prepared baking sheet or loaf pan.
  4. Prepare the glaze in a small bowl by stirring together the ketchup and brown sugar until smooth, then spread half over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, then spread remaining glaze on top and bake for an additional 15–20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
