  • ½ cup Greek yogurt Use plain or vanilla-flavored for creaminess.
  • ½ cup ice cubes Optional, for a colder smoothie.

Method
 

Blend the Ingredients
  1. In a blender, add the canned pumpkin puree. This will provide the base flavor and creaminess for the smoothie.
  2. Peel and break the banana into smaller pieces and add it to the blender. The banana adds natural sweetness and a creamy texture.
  3. Pour in the milk of your choice. This will help blend the ingredients smoothly.
  4. Add the maple syrup for sweetness. You can adjust the amount based on your taste preference.
  5. Sprinkle in the pumpkin pie spice. This will give the smoothie its signature fall flavor.
  6. Add the vanilla extract for an aromatic touch.
  7. Include the Greek yogurt for added creaminess and protein.
  8. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add the ice cubes.
  9. Blend on high speed until all ingredients are smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds. Stop to scrape down the sides if necessary.
