How to Make
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Combine the cake mix, eggs, and melted coconut oil in a large bowl. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips if you're using them.
- Spread the batter evenly into your prepared pan. Press additional white chocolate chips on top, if desired.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool completely in the pan. Lift the brownies out using parchment and slice into squares.
