  • 8 oz cream cheese soften it well for the perfect texture
For the Coating
  • 1 lb white almond bark perfect for dipping
  • 1 cup red candy melts optional, for drizzle

How to Make Red Velvet Cheesecake Bites
  1. Microwave the dried cake mix in two 30-second intervals, stirring in between. Allow it to cool completely.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually mix in the cooled cake mix.
  3. Cover the dough mixture and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  4. Scoop out 1-tablespoon portions and roll them into balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Melt the white almond bark in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted almond bark and tap off any excess.
  7. Melt the red candy melts and drizzle over the coated bites.
  8. Let the coating harden fully at room temperature or in the fridge before serving.
