How to Make Red Velvet Cupcake Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the wet ingredients until creamy.
  5. Add the egg and flavorings to the wet mixture.
  6. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  7. Scoop large portions of dough onto the baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until lightly golden.
  9. Cool cookies on baking sheets for 5 minutes.
