How to Make
- Cream the softened butter and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add honey and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and cornstarch.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until a soft dough forms.
- Divide the dough into two logs, wrap, and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Once chilled, slice the dough into ½-inch thick rounds and place on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the tops with chopped smoked pistachios and flaky sea salt.
