  • ½ cup Powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Cornstarch

  • 1 cup Smoked pistachios chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Flaky sea salt for sprinkling

How to Make
  1. Cream the softened butter and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy.
  2. Add honey and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and cornstarch.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until a soft dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into two logs, wrap, and chill for at least 1 hour.
  6. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet.
  7. Once chilled, slice the dough into ½-inch thick rounds and place on the baking sheet.
  8. Sprinkle the tops with chopped smoked pistachios and flaky sea salt.
  9. Bake for 14-16 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  10. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
