- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, pop it in to heat up.
- Roll out your prepared dough on a floured surface until it reaches your desired thickness. Transfer it to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
- Spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a ½-inch border all around.
- Top your pizza with cooked shredded chicken, sprinkling it evenly across the surface before adding mozzarella cheese.
- Add the pickled jalapeño slices and thinly sliced red onion over the cheese.
- Bake your pizza on the center rack for 10-13 minutes, or 7-10 minutes if using a pizza stone.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it rest for about 2-3 minutes.
- Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with chopped cilantro or parsley. Slice and serve.
