How to Make Spicy Chicken and Pickled Jalapeno Pizza
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you’re using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
  2. Roll out your dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
  3. Spread barbecue sauce evenly over the dough, leaving about a ½-inch border.
  4. Top with shredded chicken evenly, followed by a generous layer of mozzarella cheese.
  5. Add pickled jalapeño slices and thinly sliced red onions over the cheese.
  6. Bake on the center rack for 10–13 minutes, or on a pizza stone for 7–10 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and let it rest for about 2–3 minutes before slicing.
  8. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley before serving.
