How to Make Spinach Green Apple Smoothie
  1. Combine all ingredients in your blender, starting with 1 cup of unsweetened plant-based milk (or dairy milk), followed by 1 cup of fresh baby spinach, 1 cup of frozen mango chunks, and 1 medium green apple, cored and diced. If using chia seeds, add 1 tablespoon as well.
  2. Blend on high until smooth, usually about 30-60 seconds.
  3. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed, adding honey or maple syrup as desired, then blend again briefly to mix.
