Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Mash the strawberries lightly in a bowl to release their juices.

  3. Combine rolled oats, chia seeds (if using), and the mashed strawberries into the bowl with the cream cheese mixture. Stir well.
  4. Spoon the mixture into jars or containers, leaving room for toppings. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  5. Serve by giving the oats a good stir and topping with additional strawberries, yogurt or whipped cream, and crushed graham crackers.
