Preparation Steps
- Mash the strawberries lightly in a bowl to release their juices.
- Whisk together cream cheese, Greek yogurt, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine rolled oats, chia seeds (if using), and the mashed strawberries into the bowl with the cream cheese mixture. Stir well.
- Spoon the mixture into jars or containers, leaving room for toppings. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Serve by giving the oats a good stir and topping with additional strawberries, yogurt or whipped cream, and crushed graham crackers.
