Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Scrub your sweet potatoes clean under running water and place them on a foil-lined baking sheet.

  4. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, peel and mash them.
  5. Add almond butter, almond milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, cinnamon, and flaxseed to mashed sweet potatoes and stir well.
  6. Blend the mixture until smooth and fluffy, adding milk to adjust texture.
  7. Let the mixture rest for about 5 minutes.
  8. Serve in bowls and top with fruits, granola, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
