How to Make Valentine Cake Cookies
  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until a thick dough forms.
  3. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Roll about 1.5 tablespoons of dough into round balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle red sprinkles on top of each dough ball before baking, if desired.
  6. Bake for 9–12 minutes, until edges are golden and centers are soft.
  7. Let cookies rest on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
