How to Make Valentine’s Day Cookie Cups
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prep a mini cupcake pan by spraying it with cooking spray.
- Combine in a large bowl the sugar cookie mix, melted butter, flour, egg, and food coloring until just combined.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and flatten it. Place a Hershey’s Hug in the center.
- Wrap the dough around the candy to form a ball, fixing any cracks.
- Place each dough ball upright into the prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until edges are set and lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and gently press decorative sprinkles into the tops of each cookie cup while warm.
- Cool for 15 minutes before removing from the pan.
