  • 1 cup Brown Sugar can substitute with coconut sugar
  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 large Egg can replace with flax egg
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract or almond extract for variety
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour or cake flour for softer texture
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch or arrowroot powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda do not confuse with baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt sea salt flakes recommended
For the Mix-Ins
  • 1 cup Valentine’s Day M&Ms
  • 1 cup Oreo Cookies roughly chopped

Method
 

How to Make Valentines Day Oreo M&Ms Cookies
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the butter and both sugars together in a mixing bowl until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add in the vanilla extract and egg, mixing until everything is beautifully combined.
  4. Stir in the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt just until blended.
  5. Fold in the Valentine’s Day M&Ms and chopped Oreo pieces.
  6. Scoop cookie dough into 10 large balls, about ¼ cup each, onto prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 13 minutes, until edges are lightly golden and centers remain soft.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  9. Shape the warm cookies with a round cutter if desired.
  10. *Optional:* Drizzle with white chocolate for extra sweetness.
