Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter and both sugars until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and egg, mixing until well combined.
- Stir in the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt, mixing just until blended.
- Fold in the Valentine’s Day M&M’s and chopped Oreo pieces evenly.
- Scoop 10 large cookie dough balls onto your prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 13 minutes until edges are lightly golden and centers look soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Shape warm cookies with a round cutter for picture-perfect edges.
