How to Make Winter Wonderland Truffles
  1. Start by making a vanilla cake using your favorite boxed mix or homemade recipe.
  2. Using clean hands or a food processor, crumble the cooled cake into fine crumbs.
  3. Add cream cheese frosting a spoonful at a time and mix gently until the dough holds together.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm them up.
  6. In separate bowls, melt the white and pink candy melts according to package directions.
  7. Dip each chilled ball into the melted candy and let the excess drip off.
  8. Immediately top with sprinkles before the coating sets.
